Purchased items may be picked up at the One Yonge St. ETRdotTV Centre in Toronto for no additional charge.
We will notify you by email when your order is ready for pick-up, generally the next business day after placing your order. Certain products will have longer lead times, as indicated on the product page for any affected product.
For customers requesting shipping, we will also contact you prior to shipment and will explain your options and costs.
For virtual products such as event tickets, the product will normally be sent via email to you immediately after you complete your check-out and payment.
